Hi Meredith
Fairholme House is a beautiful property, and it is easy to see why you would want a home for it beyond the Airbnb listing. Since we spoke, I have been thinking about how to give the house its own front door online, one that lets your family, friends, and returning guests book directly, while still keeping the everyday running of the property simple for you. This proposal sets out how we will get there together.
How We Work
Our Approach
We start with how the property actually functions, bookings, calendars, and guest expectations, then design around that so the site works as hard as it looks good.
Our Aesthetic
Warm, calm, and true to the house itself. Clean layouts that let the photos and the story of Fairholme House do the talking.
Our Magic
We handle the parts that usually stall a project, brand basics, copy polish, and technical setup, so you end up with a site that is ready to send guests to.
The Overview
A custom three page website for Fairholme House, home, gallery, and book now, built to sync directly with your existing Airbnb calendar so availability always stays accurate. We will also put together simple brand foundations for the house, since this is the first time it will have its own identity beyond the listing. The full build is expected to take around six to seven weeks from kick off to launch.
Full Custom Build
Brand foundations
A simple, warm visual identity for Fairholme House, colours, type, and a light logo mark, so the site and future marketing materials feel cohesive.
Three page custom website
Home, Gallery, and Book Now, designed around your existing property photos and content, with copy refined from what you provide.
Booking and calendar integration
A booking and payment system connected to your Airbnb calendar, so availability stays synced and direct bookings do not risk a double booking.
Handover
A short walkthrough so you feel confident managing content and bookings once the site is live.
Not included: professional photography, ongoing marketing materials, and email marketing setup, all available as separate add ons if useful down the track.
Full Custom Build
This covers brand foundations, the full three page site, and calendar synced booking integration. Payment is split into three instalments across the project, outlined on the next page. This reflects the technical work of syncing a direct booking system with your Airbnb calendar, alongside the design and content work of building the site from scratch.
How Payment Works
- 33%Deposit to secure your project slot and begin brand foundations and discovery
- 33%Due once the site design is approved and the build begins
- 34%Final payment on completion, due before the site and booking system go live
Projected Timeline
Roughly six to seven weeks from kick off to launch, depending on how quickly content and feedback come back to us.

Revision Rounds
Two rounds of revisions are included at each major stage, design and build, to keep the project moving without endless back and forth.
Timely Feedback
Feedback within three to five business days at each milestone keeps us on track for the timeline above.
Communication
Updates by email at each milestone, with a short call available if something needs talking through.
Project Logistics
Project Assets
Property photos, your written content (property description, house rules, welcome guide), and any preferences on colours or feel, needed at the start of the brand foundations phase.
Work Hours & Availability
Work happens Monday to Friday during business hours. Turnaround times account for this, and we will flag early if anything on your end risks the schedule.
Technical Standards
Accessibility
The site is built with good accessibility practice in mind. Full WCAG compliance is a specialised service and can be quoted separately if required.
Browser Compatibility
Tested on the two latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. Support for older or less common browsers can be scoped separately.
Responsiveness
Designed and tested across key screen sizes, desktop, tablet, and mobile. Minor variations may appear on less common devices.
Performance
Performance is measured with Lighthouse and is also shaped by the booking platform and hosting infrastructure the site connects to.
